What is included and what is not.

Room service & more

Cleaning of apartments daily except on sundays and public holidays.

Cleaning of villas and apartments in longstay three times per week.
Extra cleaning available on request.

Change of Linen:  To help us do our bit for the environment, bed linen will be changed once every 7 days.  If you are needing an extra service, please inform the reception who will be happy to arrange this for you. (Surcharge)

Change of towels: Twice per week or upon request for all unit types.

1 Extrabed per unit for children up to 14 years free of charge.
Food Parcel upon arrival on request, as well as fresh bread in the morning.

Babycot or Highchair : € 30,- per week or € 45,- for both

Use of gym area only for children older than 16 years.

Animals not allowed!

Check in time: after 4 p.m.

Checkout time: until 10 a.m.

Prices

Please check the season dates and the prices in the individual properties.

Pool heating at an extra cost.

Longstay:Prices valid for stays of more than 28 days, electricity paid extra.

Credit Card Disclaimer

A valid credit card must be presented at check – in as security for any extras or damages occurring during your stay. Your credit card details will be securely retained until Presa de Moura and Carvoeiro Clube Group are satisfied that no extra charges have occurred. In the event of not having a credit card a cash security deposit must be given instead.

 

Payment Conditions:

Deposit of 25% of the total amount within 10 days from receipt of booking confirmation, non-refundable. 

The remaining 75% should be paid 42 days before arrival date.

Cancellation Terms:

Up to 30 days before arrival:
25% of the total amount of the booking

29 to 15 days before arrival:
50% of the total amount of the booking

14 to 7 days before arrival:
80% of the total amount of the booking

6 to 0 days before arrival:
100% of the total amount of the booking.
